Easy Last Stop anomalies

Billboard tells for the first hours, before you hunt whispers and door labels.

Easy Anomalies

Easy anomalies are the ones a sober glance should catch. If you are still dying to these, your Cart 20 baseline is incomplete — go back to getting started instead of grinding hard anomalies. Ranked on the tier list hub as S and A.

S-tier billboards

Fire in the car. Orange, spreading, impossible to call “maybe a poster.” Turn back.

Red smoke. Fills volume. If you used fullbright you might still see it; if you crushed brightness you might not. Default lighting makes it S.

Heaven door. Far door turns into a glowing white threshold with choir. It feels like an exit. It is not Cart 0. Turn back. The real finish is described on endings.

Center entity / slenderman / everyone dead. The aisle is occupied by a tall silhouette or corpses. This is also catalogued under entities. Do not walk up to it for a screenshot on a streak.

Stretched sleeper. The sleeping passenger becomes a horror prop across multiple seats. Default sleeper notes are on cart NPCs.

Soccer ball / football in the aisle. Nothing in Cart 20 is a sports pickup. Instant back.

Creepy doll replacing the clown. If you memorized a clown, a doll is a hard swap but a large silhouette change. Treat as S once you know the clown belongs there.

A-tier one-glance props

McDonald’s shirt on the phone guy. Color blocking is loud. If you never looked at his default shirt, this drops to B. Fix your baseline.

Phone guy smiling. Faces are readable at aisle distance if you actually peek him.

Green seats. Whole-row recolor.

Green soda or a heart in the Bloxy Cola box. The crate is a dedicated check in the six-point scan on how to spot anomalies.

Open electrical box. Door hanging, extra Japanese symbol as a variant.

Camera recording LED. Red dot that was not on Cart 20’s camera.

Arrows recolored or reversed. Floor paint is in your first footsteps. If you look at your feet once per car, this stays A.

Have a NOT safe ride. The poster shout is the point. Tilted-but-same-text is harder and lives on the other page.

Cart number flickering like it is possessed. Movement on the UI is a tell. A static wrong number can be harder; still turn back if it disagrees with your count.

Lights too red or one long fluorescent strip. Ceiling is part of the enter glance.

How to farm these without a streak

Infinite mode. Name them out loud. You want the 1 / 5 / 10 anomaly badges from badges to come from S and A so later Normal runs are not wasted on tutorial tells.

Do not use the scanner as a crutch on S-tier. If the scanner is what notices fire for you, your eyes are not in the aisle.

Easy tells that still end runs

Players miss S-tier when they sprint, when they tab out to codes (there are none), and when they stare at their phone during the door animation. The controls page is about finishing the 180. This page is about having something worth 180ing for.

If an “easy” tell keeps killing you, it is probably a variant: not “open box” but “closed box with a new symbol,” not “green soda” but “correct soda count with a creature inside.” Those cousins sit on hard anomalies.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Cart 20, Cart 0, and the speedrun clock.

Is the soccer ball really an anomaly?

Yes. Cart 20 has no sports ball. If you see one, turn back. Log it on the checklist.

Is the glowing door the exit?

No. It is a fake exit. Real arrival is Cart 0 on the endings page.

Should I screenshot S-tier on a live streak?

No. Turn back first. Infinite mode exists for screenshots.

Does easy mean common?

No. Easy means obvious. A rare fire is still S-tier because you cannot honestly miss it if you looked.
