Last Stop entities
If it occupies the aisle or hunts you, it is a mismatch. Leave through the door you used.
Entities are the Last Stop anomalies that feel like monsters. They are still just mismatches against Cart 20. You do not DPS them. You do not hide in a seat. You turn around. This page names the ones players clip most often so a jumpscare becomes a catalog entry on the checklist. Quiet prop tells stay on easy and hard lists. Human defaults stay on cart NPCs.
Threshold hunter — woman at the door
A figure waits at or just beyond the connecting door. If you walk in looking at the floor, she owns the first second. Point 1 of the spotting scan is for her. Back out. Do not try to walk around.
Aisle silhouette
Tall dark figure, sometimes read as Slenderman, sometimes as a generic stalker, often with the default passengers dead or staring. This is S-tier obvious if you look down the aisle. It is a wipe if you sprint with the camera down. Controls exist so your camera is up.
Glitch man / running error
A mid-car figure that stutters, then sprints. Treat any non-default motion toward you as an instant back. You will not outrun it in a way that counts as a win; the win is the other door.
Impending darkness
Lights die in sequence, sometimes with screams or metal pounds. This is both an [entity-like event] and an audio tell. Fullbright can delete it. That is why lighting scripts are a trade, not a free upgrade. Read script safety.
Heaven choir door
Not a creature, but it functions like a lure entity. White glow, music, fake safety. It is not Cart 0. Endings explains the real arrival. Turn back.
Doll and stretched sleeper
These sit on the line between NPC swap and entity. If it makes you flinch, it is still a mismatch. Log it however you like on the checklist, but the input is the same 180.
Shadow on the door / behind the door
A silhouette in the window of the far door or a presence in the frame you are walking toward. You do not need to identify the mesh. Occupied glass that was empty on Cart 20 is enough.
Box creature
The soda crate becomes a mouth. Easy if you still check the crate; a skip if you decided crates were “solved” after you saw green soda once. Keep the crate on the scan forever.
What “beating” an entity means
It means you did not walk forward. There is no suppress mechanic, no crucifix, no flashlight burn. Last Stop is not that other Roblox horror. If a video overlay shows godmode, that is a script, not a feature, and it will not award You Won honestly.
Speedrun note: entities waste time twice — the scare and the 180. The correct speed strategy is still instant back, not a brave peek. See speedrun.
Photosensitivity and comfort
Flicker, red lighting, and sudden silhouettes are part of the design. Pause with Roblox ESC if you need to. The puzzle will wait in Normal. The speedrun clock will not, so do not attempt the clock if strobes are a problem.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for Cart 20, Cart 0, and the speedrun clock.
Can I kill Last Stop entities?
No. Turn back. Combat is not in the kit. See controls.
Does the scanner highlight entities?
Sometimes in Normal. Do not wait for a highlight if a silhouette is already in the aisle. Scanner notes.
Is darkness an entity or a lighting bug?
Treat sequential blackout plus audio as an anomaly. If you are unsure, back out. That rule is on how to beat.
Will an entity follow me into the previous cart?
The fail/success is the door choice. Do not linger to test follow behavior on a live streak.
